Packaging & Branding Design
Goal
The goal of this project was to create a unified and elegant brand identity and packaging design for Desore, an imaginary bath and body product brand. The aim was to reflect the brand’s luxurious and indulgent nature through its visual elements, making sure each product—mists, hand cream, and body butter—stood out while maintaining a cohesive look.
Process
The design process started with a deep dive into Desore’s brand identity, including market research to grasp the latest trends in the bath and body industry. This research helped shape a visual identity focused on elegance, purity, and indulgence. I created a moodboard to establish the design direction and set the project’s tone. From there, I brainstormed and sketched initial concepts, ensuring each product—mists, hand cream, and body butter—had its own unique yet cohesive packaging.
With the concepts in place, I moved on to designing the three types of packaging. Using high-quality mockups, I refined the details like labeling, imagery, and material finishes. Feedback from peers and mentors guided several rounds of adjustments, leading to final designs that were not only attractive but also practical for consumers. The result was packaging that beautifully represented Desore’s luxurious brand image while meeting practical needs.
Solution
The final packaging designs for Desore captured the brand’s elegant and sophisticated essence. Each product’s packaging—whether for mists, hand cream, or body butter—was designed to be visually striking while fitting seamlessly into the overall brand identity. The designs effectively communicated Desore’s commitment to luxury and self-care, making the products appealing and memorable for consumers.
